TRAINING

APEC offers a variety of training options at every level. We provide group-based personal training, 1 on 1 sessions, on-campus satellite camps, and app-based training available across the country.

APEC breaks down training by age grouping first, then once an athlete progresses into High School, we train sport specific.

Youth athletes have complex, distinct physiological characteristics that must be taken into account. We are very careful about too much sport specific skill development without broad athletic development first.

  • Movement Principles

  • Full Body Foundational Strength Training

  • MO-STAB-ILITY (Mobility, Stability, Flexibility)
